About Failure

"These are the notes I took as I developed pasta recipes. If you look at them carefully, they are all failures. I wrote only the failures on purpose. If I write down the ones that were succesfull, then it'd be easy to just follow the recipes without trying to develop them further. If you write down the failures, then they can be developed and worked on further. Don't think about following other people's successful recipes, but start with the failures and find your own answer to the pastas."
